We host online art auctions (&#8220;silent auctions&#8221;), \u201cBuy Now\u201d sales, and accept donations through our website [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.acrosslanguages.org\/artspeaks\/\">https:\/\/www.acrosslanguages.org\/artspeaks\/<\/a>].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Privacy Policy incorporates <strong>Across Languages\u2019 organizational commitments<\/strong> under the <em>Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act<\/em> (<strong>PIPEDA<\/strong>), <em>Personal Health Information Protection Act<\/em> (<strong>PHIPA<\/strong> \u2013 Ontario, Bill 31), and relevant CRA records retention rules for registered charities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We process personal and personal health information (PHI) as part of auction transactions, donations, communications, and event operations.
