He is an internationally recognized visual artist, photographer, writer, curator, and social activist whose long-standing practice investigates the history and political economy of food cultures. Since 1987, he has produced photographic\/garden installations across Canada and in Salamanca and Seville in Spain, and Xi\u2019an, China. His photographic\/garden installation <em>As The Crow Flies<\/em>\u00a0(2005\u2013ongoing) became part of the permanent collection of Museum London in 2023.
