Database Analyst Volunteer

Hours: 20 hours/week

Duration: up to 3 months.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Database analyst Volunteer to support our Outreach department.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and problem – solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Be detail-oriented and like working independently.
Familiarize with CRM platforms.
Competence in the use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT platforms.
Capability to operate in a multi-cultural setting.
Knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)

Responsibilities

Depurate and complete information of our database by merging information of different files.
Assist with data entry and record keeping, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. It include call different organizations.
Carry out a search for new organizations to expand our database.
