Across Languages strives to provide our customers with the best possible services. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you may need to request a refund. This Return Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for refunding of services purchased through 

Eligible for a Refund 

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met: 

  • The person must have purchased directly from Across 

and any of the following: 

  • There are no markers available in the target language. 
  • Across Languages has no slots available to schedule the test. 
  • The person suffers an accident or is ill and is not able to speak and/or hear. 
  • The purchase was made less than 48 hrs. before.  

Not Eligible for a Refund 

Services are not eligible for returns if the following applies: 

  • If the Candidate has received ILSAT results. 
  • If the purchase was made more than 48 hrs ago. 
  • If the Candidate has paid through a partner agency or in person.
